OUR CENTER

Our nursing and rehabilitation center offers short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. Our management staff has more than 100 years combined experience in long-term care.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.

We are proud recipients of the American Health Care Association’s Silver – Achievement in Quality award, My InnerView’s Excellence in Action award, the Tennessee Health Care Association’s Innovative Program and Distinguished Association Service Awards of Excellence.
